My clients in certification can pick and choose from the following options for each session:

• Just-in-time skills incorporation- I will know where you are in the program can coach you using whatever you are focusing on.

• Expert Mentoring- on skills, the profession, the program logistics and the business. Years of experience = plenty of accurate information and feedback.

• Sales and Marketing Expertise-That's what I did before I became a coach.

• Extra-Strength Saboteur Busting- I have some powerful tools to eliminate limiting beliefs.

• Brainstorming- for creative ideas about your learning process and your business.

• "Angel on the Shoulder" Coaching- You coach me and get in-the-moment feedback and redirection as needed. Talk about building your coaching muscles and overcoming the fear of failing. This one is great when you get further in the program and want a workout.

I feel strongly that every coach-in-training deserves expert, tailored support, and should accept nothing less if he/she is serious about this profession.

Every Certification student has unique needs for support and coaching. With that in mind, and incorporating all of the components above, I offer two different packages:

The Amplifier – An Excellent Support Coaching Package – 6 Months

• 75-minute Discovery Session

• Two 45-minute coaching sessions/month (First month includes Discovery + One 45-minute session)

• Email or text communication between sessions

• Stress-Free Checklist – A handy, chronological checklist tool to set you off on your Certification Program journey feeling organized while minimizing overwhelm.

 

      $400 USD/month

The Maximizer – A “Get Every Ounce of Value and Learning Possible” Package – 6 months

• 75-minute Discovery Session

• Two 45-minute coaching sessions/month (First month includes Discovery + One 45-minute session)

• Email or text communication between sessions

• Stress-Free Checklist – A handy check-off tool to get you off to a great and organized start with minimal overwhelm.

PLUS

• Mini-E-Book: “Secrets for a Powerful Discovery Session (That You Might Not Have Considered)”

• Twice Monthly Catch-All Calls – 40-minute group Zoom calls twice/month with other clients who are also in the program. On these calls we discuss tips for success and ideas to address challenging client situations. Clients continually tell me that these drop-in mentoring calls are exceptionally valuable to help connect some of the loose ends not addressed on Pod calls or through regular coaching sessions. Calls are recorded and accessible on a private web page for later listening if you can’t make it.

 

      $500 USD/month

 

Either package can be extended beyond the 6 month point on a month-to-month basis.
